Jeff Smith is Partner and Vice President at DrawSmith Architecture, renowned for his exceptional expertise in the field. With a passion for architecture that spans over four decades, Jeff’s journey began in 1980, where he immersed himself in drafting and design.

After a few years of experience, Jeff embarked on an independent venture, catering to a diverse clientele seeking his unparalleled design services. He takes immense pride in the satisfaction of his clients, who consistently express their delight with his creations. Michael Cosentino is the licensed architect on staff at DrawSmith Architecture. He is currently licensed in Florida and New York and has more than 25 years of combined experience in the field of architecture and engineering. 

Michael has worked on complex and diverse commercial, residential, and commercial projects for companies such as Yum Brand Inc (Kentucky Fried Chicken), JFK International Airport, Olive Garden, Dunkin, McDonalds, and many more. He has also completed multiple dwelling and mixed-use buildings. During the rebuilding of the boroughs of Queens & Brooklyn due to the impact of Super Storm Sandy in 2012, his firm was the lead for the Build It Back (BIB) development program which included the restoration of hundreds of residential and community buildings. 

One of Michael’s key strengths is his hands-on approach to projects. He takes pride in working closely with clients, employing effective and creative design and problem solving strategies ensuring a high level of attention to the needs of the client. The substantial repeat and referred business from satisfied clients stands as a testament the success of the client-focused approach.
